DAN-TAKUMA is a member of the TAKUMA Group, a leading company in the field of renewable energy utilization and environmental conservation. Based on the founding spirit of TAKUMA, “Serve society through boiler manufacturing,” meaning to contribute to society by creating products that are needed and recognized as valuable by the world, the Group is committed to making contributions to the development of the semiconductor and electronic device industries under the long-term vision “Vision 2030” in support of the SDGs which aim to realize a sustainable world. As the global energy environment undergoes major changes, we are committed to developing products to contribute to solving environmental issues in new business fields by leveraging our technologies, achievements, and human resources fostered in the semiconductor and electronic device industries through the creation and maintenance of highly clean environments required by the manufacturing processes of these industries.

Founded as Dan Industry Co. in Tokyo.
Start of operations as the first domestic producer of clean benches for semiconductor factories.

1989

Opened Kyushu Branch in Kyushu.

1996

Opened Osaka Branch in Osaka.

1999

Changed corporate name to Dan-Takuma Co., Ltd. after becoming a member of the TAKUMA Group.

Opened Keihanna Technical Center in Kyoto.

Became a wholly owned subsidiary of TAKUMA Co., Ltd.

Closed Osaka Branch, and opened Nagoya Branch in Aichi.
